Shipping policy

Made-to-Order Production: All of our pieces are crafted in our Atelier studio by our small team on a made-to-order basis.

Delivery Time:  4-6 weeks   Because each piece is handmade specifically for you, your product may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive at its destination. We appreciate your patience as we craft your item with care.Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking & Updates: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

Customs Duties & Taxes：Please note that we are responsible for all import customs duties. However, any local sales taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or consumption taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected at checkout or upon delivery.

Shipping Zones & Rates

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $35 will be charged. We currently ship to the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, China, and Brazil, with an estimated transit time of 4 - 6 weeks for all destinations. Please note that these transit times are estimates and do not include our warehouse processing time.

Eligible & Non-Shippable Regions

While we welcome orders from the countries listed above, we DO NOT ship to remote areas, military addresses, or outlying islands. This includes, but is not limited to, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses within the United States, as well as any other remote global territories not covered by our standard couriers. If an order is placed with an address in a non-shippable region, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and issue a full refund.
